DR. Clare Katuramu is a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from UMass Amherst in 2012. She holds a Masters in Public Health degree in Maternal and Child Health from Boston University, earned her BSN from Framingham State University and has a BS from Bridgewater State University. Dr. Katuramu has held a teaching faculty position at Roxbury Community College School of Nursing and served for many years as program chair for the Medical Career Center in Waltham, MA. She is a contributor to textbook chapters in Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC); December 2013.
At SBHS, DR. Katuramu is responsible for medication management and psychotherapy.
Dawn is an experienced nurse in Psychiatric Mental Health and has worked both in Georgia and Massachusetts. She is currently pursuing an advanced practice degree as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Dawn is a caring, compassionate RN, and who has a compassion for, and is skilled in Geri- Psychiatric Nursing. At SBHS, Dawn is in charge of our intake program
Chizo is an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Provider who provides medication management and counseling to our clients.
Lynda is a seasoned provider who has vast experience in substance use . Medication Assisted Treatment ( MAT ). She has worked for many years with patients struggling with substance use and provides support and encouragement during recovery.
Mbiira (Beeda), has experience in Nursing rehabilitation and is the Nurse manager at a Nursing Rehab facility in Brockton MA.
At Sunrise Behavioral Health, Mbiira is in charge of our Vivitrol administration program
Patrick has vast experience in public health, having worked with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health for many years.
At SBHS, he is in charge of all administrative aspects of our practice.
